Not a new title but
the latest edition of what was formerly called Business Phone Book
USA. Why the change? Because the directory is "more than
a business reference" (more than a third of the listings are
for associations, agencies, and other nonbusiness entities) and "more
than a phone book" (listings include zip code, area code, fax
number, and e-mail address, in addition to street address and phone

Description
This new edition
contains more than 131,000 main body listings, plus nearly 22,000
contacts in the top 50 U.S. cities. In addition to covering the largest
and most important businesses, the directory lists a wide range of
non-profit organizations, government agencies, educational and cultural
institutions, and even high-profile individuals. Listings are presented
in alphabetical and subject-classified volumes and provide official
names, addresses, and telephone numbers. Most listings include fax
numbers, and a third have toll-free numbers. More than 71,000 listings
have web site addresses, and more than 33,000 include e-mail addresses. |
